Vait offers summer music camps

Homer-raised musician Andrew Vait, now living in Seattle where he performs with his group, Eternal Fair, returns to Homer this summer to teach several music workshops. From June 27 to 29, Vait teaches workshops for beginning and intermediate musicians in grades sixth through 12th.

The workshops include ensemble coaching, basic ear training and theory, vocals, improvisation, percussion and rhythm, and songwriting. From July 4 to 6, he offers workshops for advanced and adult musicians in coaching for bands and combos, ear training and theory, vocal harmonies, advance improvisation, Garage Band and Protools workshops, and sound production. Vait also offers private lessons.
