Anchor Point Volunteer Fire Department held a bicycle rodeo at the fire station from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.. Refreshments were served and helmets given out. Bethany Morris won the bicycle drawing.
May 22
Emergency medical technicians at 7:04 p.m. went to Mile 153 Sterling Highway for an 80-year-old man with breathing difficulty and swollen and numb feet. He was treated and transported to South Peninsula Hospital.
May 24
EMTs at 6:55 p.m. met a 16-year-old girl with a cut finger at the fire hall who injured herself with an axe. They treated and transported her to the hospital.
EMTs at 10:58 p.m. went to Mile 153 Sterling Highway for an 80-year-old man with breathing difficulty. They treated and transported him to the hospital.
