Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 23:

Judgments

Peter Ukatish, 20, charge dismissed, minor consuming alcohol.

Michael H. Allen, 39, pleaded not guilty to two counts of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. A jury found him not guilty on one count and guilty on a second count. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend and complete a domestic violence intervention program and an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for two years.

Jason Bills, 33, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Jackson D. Miles, 37, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Cherilynn M. Sexton, 39, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal trespass. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to get a mental health evaluation and not contact her victim; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 30 days in jail.

Tanner O. Connelly, 19, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $500 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Robert A. Pyatt, 34, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. He was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended, with the option of performing 24 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Brandon Louis Kirschner, 31, Fairbanks, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

William E. Scott IV, 51, Anchor Point, hunting without appropriate big game tag, unlawful possession or transportation of game.

Caren L. Graupe, 52, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, Percoset, a felony.

Kellie D. Kvasnikoff, 48, driving while license revoked.

John C. Davison, 21, driving while license suspended.

Cecil S. Moonin, 35, driving while license canceled.

Gus Ukatish, 51, violating conditions of release.

Cody R. Smith, 25, driving under the influence, DWLS; violation of custodian's duty.

Blake C. Sheehan, 21, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Juliet L. Cesarini, 40, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Rocky C. Adkins, 50, violating conditions of release.

Vincent T. Kvasnikoff, 39, violation of custodian's duty.

George L. Gatter Jr., 42, violating conditions of release, two counts.

Brent W. Eckert, 45, Nikiski, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Brenda K. Fluette, 53, DUI, driving a motor vehicle without insurance.

Brian G. Welsh, 46, Anchor Point, fifth-degree misconduct involving weapons.

Michael C. Smith, 34, Anchor Point, driving without an operator's license, new owner to secure transfer of registration and new title, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Civil Court

Dan E. Browning v. Timothy Romanchuk, stalking protective order granted.

Mandy Wood v. Nicholas J. Wood, domestic violence restraining order granted.
