Judgments

Nikita Kuzmin, 37, charge dismissed, felony driving under the influence.

Cim J. Blair, 29, charges dismissed, driving while license suspended, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Benjamin R. Martin, 23, guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Victor A. Kochuten Jr., 26, He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered not to contact his victims; and was placed on probation for two years.

Criminal Court

Garret W. Brooks, 29, driving under the influence.

Susan J. Wilcox, 62, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Cim J. Blair, 29, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, May 6 charge.

Joel H. Mosier, 29, prohibited conduct relating to drunken person.

Adam B. Kiffmeyer, 28, Soldotna, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Mahany Satterwhite, 25, Ninilchik, disorderly conduct.

Jason S. McNatt-Horde, 23, Anchor Point, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Nikita K. Tipikin, 51, Nikolaevsk, driving while license revoked.

Sarah K. Kirk, 22, third-degree assault, domestic violence, a felony.

Kent L. Smith, 51, failure to provide immediate notice of an accident.
