He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Benjamin R. Martin, 23, guilty to driving under the influence. Victor A. Kochuten Jr., 26, He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; ordered not to contact his victims; and was placed on probation for two years.
