A free community presentation titled Dietary Approaches to Stopping Hypertension will be held at 6 p.m. May 26 at the South Peninsula Hospital Training Center. Marla Heller, MS, RD, author of "The DASH Diet Action Plan," presents information on developing a plan to improve health through diet, exercise and sustainable weight loss.
