May 2

Alaska State Troopers at 6:20 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 39-year-old Homer man. Troopers cited the man for driving while license revoked and driving in violation of limitations for not having an ignition interlock device.

May 4

Troopers at 4:20 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 48-year-old Homer man in Homer. They cited him for driving while license suspended.

Troopers at 11:22 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 52-year-old Homer man and arrested him for driving under the influence.

May 7

Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited a 40-year-old Greeley, Colo., man for digging for clams at the Ninilchik beach without a sportfishing license.

May 11

Troopers at 1:38 a.m. went to a report of a domestic disturbance in Homer. Troopers allege a 34-year-old Homer woman assaulted her boyfriend and damaged property. Troopers arrested the man for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, fourth-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Troopers at 7:06 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 47-year-old Homer man and a 17-year-old Homer boy. Troopers allege the boy possessed marijuana and got the marijuana from the older man. Troopers arrested the man on a charge of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance for delivering marijuana to a person under age 19. The boy was referred to the Office of Juvenile Justice.
