If the Homer City Planning Commission is so bent on protecting its citizens from the evils of big-box stores (lower prices and more selection), why haven't they "zoned" Eagle Quality Center into a (real) Safeway? I for one am tired of feeling like I have been robbed every time I go through the checkout line.
