Judgments

Victor F. Anderson, 28, charge dismissed at arraignment, fourth-degree assault.

Jack W. Olesch, 53, charges dismissed, violating condition of release, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He pleaded guilty to an April 14 charge of driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
