Robert J. Tech, 46, charges dismissed, violating conditions of release, disorderly conduct. He pleaded guilty to two other charges of violating conditions of release. He was fined $2,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to get a mental health evaluation and not consumer alcohol; and was placed on probation for two years.

William N. Yoho, 20, charge dismissed, first-degree criminal trespassing. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fourth-degree theft. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service in lieu of jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Terry Craig Morasci, 49, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Philip J. Christensen, 37, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 300 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for three years; and was placed on probation for five years.

Thomas Norris, 49, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request of an officer; ordered not to possess or consuming alcohol; and was placed on probation for one year.

Donovan J. Lee, 37, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
