A woman at 11:56 p.m. reported excessive noise at a Main Street apartment. After two warnings, police arrested a 51-year-old man for disorderly conduct.

A caller at 7:47 a.m. reported an expected death at home of an 88-year-old woman.
A caller at 7:59 p.m. reported an old dog lying in the middle of Pioneer Avenue. Animal Control took the dog to the shelter.
April 23
Police at 12:30 a.m. received a 911 call of a fight at a West Pioneer Avenue home. Police responded and found the combatants had separated. Police got a second call of a man climbing up the side of a building and trying to enter a balcony door.
Police at 7:50 a.m. issued a summons to a 28-year-old man for operating without liability insurance.
A woman at 9:10 a.m. made a 911 call of a man hanging around a neighbor's Hohe Street home and cars. The resident later called to report tires slashed.
A man at 11:01 a.m. reported a car vandalized on Fairview Avenue.
A man at 11:54 a.m. reported a disturbance at a Pioneer Avenue restaurant. Police responded and determined it was a disagreement between the owner and an employee.

A caller at 9:35 a.m. reported someone spray painted a Pioneer Avenue business the night before.
Police at 7:07 p.m. received a 911 call with an open line. A woman said an unknown man ran away from her Noview Avenue home but that she was OK.
Police at 7:30 p.m. took a 60-year-old man into protective custody.

A man at 1 a.m. reported two men prowling around his Alder Lane home. Police responded and found two drunk men trying to find their way home.
