Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 22:

Judgments

Kurt L. Hickethier, 31, charge dismissed, petition to revoke probation.

Christopher A. Vigue, 47, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangerment, fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Anesia Anahonak, 36, charge dismissed, second-degree harassment.

Kevin Anderson, 51, charge dismissed, second-degree criminal trespass.

Alberto L. Malagon, 54, pleaded guilty to negligent driving. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Adrian D. Tanape, 24, Nanwalek, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 140 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Abram Z. Kraskov, 55, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 160 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Christina L. Tennison, 48, pleaded guilty to no valid operator's license. She was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Criminal Court

Jack W. Olesch, 53, driving under the influence, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Brian N. Gauthier, 21, first-degree sexual assault, second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, both felonies.

Mackenzie Somers, 15, minor consuming alcohol.

Fedor Kuzmin, 36, driving while license revoked.

Kasie M. Cole, 33, driving while license cancelled, driving in violation of license limitation.

Chaunce C. Hoxie, 21, Anchor Point, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Nicholas E. Moonin, 60, Port Graham, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

John E. Michels, 50, DUI.
