David S. Anderson, 58, charge dismissed, reckless driving.

Jason A. Kinsel, 30, charge dismissed, driving while license suspended.

Jared E. Ehmen, 30, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault, two counts.

Gary Bass, 59, charge dismissed, failure to appear.

Joshua V. Harrington, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150.

Karl L. Thiele, 38, Port Graham, second-degree sexual assault, third-degree sexual assault, felony indictment.

Kenneth A. Cresswell, 56, driving under the influence, driving without a valid drivers license.

Jackson D. Miles, 38, DUI, driving without a valid drivers license.

William R. Parks, 25, violating a protective order, domestic violence, six counts.

George C. Mcanelly, 29, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, both felonies; sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

John D. Olarey, 26, manufacture or delivery of an imitation controlled substance.

Rocky Berg, 21, driving while license suspended.

Monique E. Guarin, 18, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Steven N. Quay Groff, 18, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Tiffany Robuck v. Michael Allen, short-term domestic violence restraining order granted.

Kari Haina v. Kent Haina, short-term domestic violence restraining order granted.

Elizabeth A. Kvasnikoff v. Carl A. Moonin, short-term domestic violence restraining order granted.
