Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 13:

Judgments

Adam C. Dillon, 27, charges dismissed, driving while license revoked and petitions to revoke probation.

John S. Brown Jr., 41, charge dismissed, no valid operators license.

Douglas Lukins, 32, Seward, charge dismissed, no liability insurance. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 140 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years. He pleaded guilty to not having a valid operators license and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear and was fined $150.

Michael L. Shannon, 40, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended.

Susan L. Butler, 53, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 70 days in jail with 60 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Jimmie L. Jones, 65, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 95 days in jail with 92 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Florence L. Gregory, 43, pleaded guilty to refusal to submit to a breath test. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 65 days in jail with 62 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Justin L. Powers, 18, pleaded no contest to unlawful vehicle abandonment. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he pay a $50 court surcharge and a $150 fine and pay restitution to a towing company in an amount to be determined.

James M. Peltier, 54, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Robert D. Webb, 27, fourth-degree assault.

Shameka S. Nelson, 18, Anchor Point, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Keenan C. Brizendine, 20, DUI, minor consuming alcohol, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

William O. Daugherty, 47, Anchor Point, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Brittny L. Smith, 27, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Allen J. Hoffman, 68, taking or trapping a lynx during a closed season, unlawful possession or transportation of game, unsworn falsification.

Chris D. Cooper, 34, driving without a valid operators license.

Joseph E. Perkins, 19, driving while license suspended.

Arseny Kuzmin, 41, DUI.

Afanasi A. Kalugin, 42, third-degree assault, two counts, felony indictment.

Benjamin L. Moonin, 48, first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, felony indictment.

Samuel Wise, 26, first-degree sexual assault, three counts; second-degree sexual abuse of a minor; second-degree sexual assault, two counts; second-degree indecent exposure; third-degree sexual abuse of a minor; fourth-degree sexual abuse of a minor, 11 counts; attempted fourth-degree sexual abuse of a minor; felony indictments.
