Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 12:

Judgments

Jared T. Porter, 32, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Justin A. Burrell-Rudelic, 27, charge dismissed, driving in violation of a limited license.

Daryn K. Holmes, 32, charges dismissed, fourth-degree assault, second-degree harassment.

Venedim Martushev, 25, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Matthany C. Satterwhite, 25, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Thomas P. Custer, 26, charges dismissed, disorderly conduct, fifth-degree criminal mischief. He pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 89 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to possess or consume alcohol or other intoxicating beverages; and was placed on probation for one year.

Gail A. Miller, 47, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Jennifer Sterling, 51, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. She was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to get a mental health evaluation and to not contact her victim, an Alaska State Trooper, except on official business; and was placed on probation for two years.

Cindi L. Parsons, 51, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that she perform 80 hours of community work service and pay restitution in the amount of $3,301.80. She was placed on probation for one year.

Bette Haeg, 47, pleaded guilty to negligent driving. She was fined $300.

Daryn K. Holmes, 32, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to complete an anger management program; ordered to pay restitution and apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend; and was placed on probation for five years.

Michael D. Hall, 18, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was referred to the Kenai Peninsula Youth Court. He was placed on probation for one year.

Arthur S. Romanoff, 21, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded no contest to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and was fined $100.

Timothy Rich, 36, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

William F. Wade, 43, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kaija T. Okkonen, 20, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. She was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of satisfying the fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and placed on probation for one year.

Jaime E. Doleman, 27, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault. Doleman was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request; ordered to pay restitution and apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend; ordered to report to an alcohol safety action program and not contact a victim; ordered not to consume, possess and use alcohol and any controlled substances unless prescribed by a doctor; and was placed on probation for three years.
