Firefighters at 7:15 a.m. responded to a report of flames coming from the area of School Street. They found it to be a controlled burn.

Emergency medical technicians at 4:53 p.m. went to Homer High School for a boy involved in a skateboarding accident. They treated and transported the victim to South Peninsula Hospital.
April 2
Firefighters at 12:33 p.m. responded for a report of smoke from the women's bathroom at the Harbormaster's Office. They found that someone had been burning incense.
April 4
EMTs at 6:59 p.m. went to Mile 8 East End Road for a woman with a medical emergency. They treated and transported her to the hospital.
April 5
EMTs at 10:16 a.m. went to the airport for a patient inbound on a flight from Seldovia. They treated and transported the victim to the hospital.
April 6
Firefighters at 9:40 a.m. went to Freight Dock Road on the Spit for a controlled burn producing black smoke. They found the attendant burned creosote logs without a permit or a proper water supply. Firefighters put out the fire and warned the individual.
April 8
EMTs at 2:59 a.m. went to a Fairview Avenue home for a man with a medical emergency. They treated and transported him to the hospital.
