Teens unite to help other teens

A huge thank you to Homers High School Student Council for the clothing drive it facilitated and followed through for Teens United For A Future. TUFF volunteers for homeless teens safety.

We are grateful to this dedicated group of student council teens who saw the need and made the clothing drive happen. Thanks to their efforts clothing of all sizes has been distributed to the REC Room and made available to the 23 other unaccompanied Homeless youth in our area still in school.

There are more homeless youth out there not attending school so to any homeless teens needing clothing for work, school, or everyday wear, we at Teens United For A Future are here to help with a clothing closet thanks to Homer High Schools student council. Contact teensunitedforafuture@ymail.com or 907-299-7578 with sizes and needs.

For more info or anyone interested in helping find solutions to this faceless homeless population join us and email us. Our goal is a shelter one day and volunteer host homes to get these kids off the streets and into jobs, with safe places to sleep and live one homeless teen at a time. Thank you, again.
