Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 4:

Judgments

Tyson W. Thompson, 26, order to modify or revoke probation. He was determined not to have complied with probation for not attending an alcohol safety action program and was ordered to attend an ASAP program in Anchorage. His probation was extended to Sept. 25, 2014.

Axel R. Bear, 16, pleaded guilty to driving without a license. He was fined $300 with $200 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kirk I. Cortez, 20, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Joshua K. Fields, 34, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 100 days in jail with 95 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay restitution and apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request and not contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.

Debra J. Miller, 24, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle insurance. She was fined $500; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; and ordered to pay restitution and apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend.

Shane W. Funkhouser, 20, pleaded guilty to attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 315 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not contact two other men; and was placed on probation for three years.

Ivan A. Kalugin, 42, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
