Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he serve five days in jail and pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge. He was placed on probation for one year. Robert A. Pyatt, 35, pleaded guilty to a Feb. 28 charge of driving without a valid operators license. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year. Criminal Court Richard G. Baker, 21, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, intent to sell methamphetamines, felony indictment. Afanasi A. Kalugin, 42, third-degree assault, a felony, fourth-degree assault, both domestic violence related. Nikita K. Tipikin, 52, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, two counts, felony indictment; fourth-degree assault, all domestic violence related. Nikolai Martishev, 48, taking mountain goat without a licensed guide, hunting without an appropriate nonresident tag, unlawful transportation or possession of big game, failure to submit a hunt report. Jana Larson, 32, Fritz Creek, driving while license suspended. Jeffery S. Barrowcliff, 22, driving while license suspended. William K. Kreitz, 56, driving without a valid operators license. Robert A.
