Feb. 24

Alaska State Troopers at 11:34 a.m. went to a report of a domestic disturbance on Swift Creek Lane near Homer. Troopers allege that a 34-year-old Homer woman was drunk and trashed and broke things at a family members home and recklessly injured a family member. Troopers arrested her for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, violating conditions of release and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Feb. 25

Troopers at 3:12 a.m. went to a disturbance at a North Fork Road home in Anchor Point. Troopers contacted a 22-year-old Anchor Point man who refused to leave the home. Troopers alleged the man was under conditions of release that he not possess or consume alcohol and that he violated those conditions. Troopers arrested the man and he was remanded on a petition to revoke probation.

March 3

At 6:21 p.m., troopers made a traffic stop on a 50-year-old Homer man driving on Oil Well Road in Ninilchik. Troopers allege the man drove with a revoked license and arrested him.

March 4

Troopers at 11:18 made a traffic stop on a 54-year-old Anchor Point driving near Mile 160 Sterling Highway. Troopers allege the man drove while under the influence and arrested him. Troopers also allege a passenger, a 40-year-old Ninilchik man, was drunk, and arrested him for violating conditions of release which prohibited him from consuming alcohol.

March 10

Troopers at 9:28 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 22-year-old Homer man driving on the Sterling Highway in Homer. Troopers allege the man had a suspended license because of a point-system violation. Troopers issued him a summons for driving while license suspended.

Troopers at 11:34 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 56-year-old Homer man for driving a vehicle without a valid license. Troopers issued him a summons for no valid operators license.

March 11

Troopers at 5:07 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 36-year-old Anchorage man on the North Fork Road in Anchor Point. Troopers allege the man drove under the influence and also had a small amount of marijuana on him. They arrested him for DUI and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

March 17

Troopers at 6:36 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 25-year-old Kodiak man driving on the Sterling Highway near Anchor Point. They allege he drove drunk and arrested him for DUI.
