Alaska State Troopers at 11:34 p.m. stopped a 56-year-old Homer man for a moving violation on East End Road. Troopers issued him a summons for driving without a valid operators license.

March 11

Troopers at 5:07 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 36-year-old Anchorage man driving on the North Fork Road. Troopers arrested him for driving under the influence and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

March 14

Troopers at 1 p.m. contacted a 66-year-old Homer woman at her Diamond Ridge home and arrested her on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of DUI.

March 18

Troopers at 12:18 a.m. made a traffic stop on a 33-year-old Homer woman driving on East End Road. They arrested her for DUI.

Troopers at 9:46 p.m. made a traffic stop on an 18-year-old Kenai woman driving in Anchor Point. They issued her a citation for operating a vehicle without a license and also cited her passenger, a 23-year-old Kenai man, for permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

Troopers at 11:29 p.m. made a traffic stop on an 18-year-old woman on the Sterling Highway in Homer. They cited her for possession of marijuana.
