Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through March 14:

Judgments

Samuel Asta, 40, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault, two counts.

Keenan Brizendine, 19, charge dismissed, minor consuming alcohol.

Casey B. Davis, 36, charge dismissed, avoidance of ignition interlock device. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving while license revoked. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for three years.

Emily M. Harmon, 39, charges dismissed, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, two separate counts. She pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to two separate charges of violating conditions of release. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Iosif I. Martishev, 18, pleaded guilty to failure to mark identification of gear. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he pay a $250 fine and a $10 court surcharge.

Melodie J. Mahoney, 52, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Ross W. Carlson, 27, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Dylan C. Adkins, 22, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request and not contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years.

Marshall D. Parke, order to modify or revoke probation granted. He was ordered to serve 24 additional months in jail with 20 months suspended.
