March 5

Troopers at 3:33 p.m. went to a Berussa Road home near Ninilchik after a Pretrial Services officer requested help in arresting a 41-year-old Ninilchik man for violating conditions of release. Troopers arrested the man.

March 2

Alaska State Troopers at 8:50 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 27-year-old Nikolaevsk man near Homer. Troopers issued him a summons for driving while license suspended.

March 3

Troopers at 6:21 p.m. stopped the driver of a Ford Explorer on Oil Well Road in Ninilchik for an equipment violation. Troopers allege the driver, a 50-year-old Homer man, had a revoked license and arrested him for driving while license revoked.

March 4

Troopers at 10:23 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 28-year-old Anchor Point man driving near Homer. Troopers arrested the man for driving under the influence and driving while license revoked.

Troopers at 11:18 p.m. stopped the driver of a Dodge Journey for a moving violation near Mile 160 Sterling Highway. Troopers allege the driver, a 54-year-old Anchor Point man, and his passenger, a 40-year-old Ninilchik man, were both drunk. Troopers arrested the driver for driving under the influence and the passenger for violating conditions of release on a previous DUI charge.

March 8

Troopers at 5:35 p.m. contacted a 43-year-old Ninilchik man at his home near Mile 133 Sterling Highway and arrested him on a warrant for failure to complete community work service on an original charge of driving while license revoked.

Troopers at 11:45 p.m. made a traffic stop of a 49-year-old Homer woman driving on East End Road. Troopers arrested her for DUI.

March 10

Troopers at 6:09 p.m. went to an Anchor Point home for a report of stolen cash. Investigation led troopers to contact a 47-year-old Anchor Point woman at her Augusta Lane home. At the request of the womans parole officer, troopers searched the womans home for alcohol and controlled substances. Troopers allege finding the stolen cash and a small amount of marijuana. Troopers arrested the woman for third-degree theft and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
