Each episode of "Living Alaska" will feature a real estate agent and a potential buyer, as they tour three different properties within their price range.

Orion Entertainment, a Colorado-based production company, currently is looking for buyers in such situations as a family from the Lower 48 that is moving to Alaska for business, a military service member relocating to Alaska with family and a couple looking for a vacation getaway.

"Realtors and buyers should be outgoing, engaging and dynamic," according to the release.

For casting consideration, agents and potential buyers should submit the following information to casting.representative@gmail.com: contact information, reason for new home purchase, area and price range of new home.

Filming will begin in April and both agents and buyers will be paid a fee for their time, according to the release.
