Homer Alaska - Letters

We would like to thank the community of Homer for the care and support during the recent passing of our mother and grandmother, Mary Thompson.

During numerous emergencies, operations and office visits, the care Mom received can only be described as amazing. Time after time, our local responders stabilized and corrected her condition, regardless of the intensity and complexities they encountered.

We are grateful to the organizations that provide programs and services for our aging family members. The assisted living facility allowed Mom to compensate for her health conditions and continue to be active in the community she loved to serve.

We also would like to recognize and applaud the medical and hospice personnel who allowed Mom to successfully combat her health conditions over the years. These hard working professionals and volunteers allowed our family and the entire community to enjoy a true gem of Homer.
