Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited a 24-year-old Homer man for making a false statement on a 2010 resident sportfish license application.

Alaska Wildlife Troopers cited a 47-year-old Texas man for making false statements on sport-fish and hunting license applications from 2007 through 2010. Troopers allege the man never established Alaska residency while purchasing resident licenses for those years. Bail was set at $1,550.
Feb. 20
Bureau of Highway Patrol Troopers at 7:54 p.m. stopped a 17-year-old Voznesenka boy driving a white 2007 Chevrolet Silverado near Mile 74 Sterling Highway after receiving a report it was involved in a collision near Mile 46 Sterling Highway and left the scene without exchanging information with the other driver. Troopers allege the boy's car struck the front bumper of a Ford pickup truck while passing. They cited him for leaving the scene of a damage collision, minor consuming alcohol, and minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, and returning to lane of travel before it was clear. Troopers also cited the driver and three 17-year-old passengers with minor consuming alcohol.

Wildlife Troopers cited a 27-year-old Homer man for making a false statement on a 2011 sport-fish/hunting license application that he did not qualify for.

Troopers at 11:26 a.m. issued a summons to a 41-year-old Nikolaevsk man for violating a protective order at a Feb. 20 Nikolaevsk wedding where the person he was supposed to stay away from was present.
Feb. 28
Troopers at 4:30 p.m. issued a summons to a 36-year-old Anchor Point man for driving without motor vehicle insurance.
Troopers at 4:30 p.m. arrested a 50-year-old Ninilchik man for driving while license revoked and without motor vehicle insurance.
March 1
Troopers at 8:25 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 49-year-old Anchor Point man driving near Mile 147 Sterling Highway. Troopers issued a summons to the man for driving without an operator's license, driving without insurance and misuse of plates. His car was impounded.
March 2
Troopers at 2:10 p.m. issued a summons to a 24-year-old Ninilchik man for driving without motor vehicle insurance.
March 5
Troopers at 6:43 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 20-year-old Seldovia man in Homer. Troopers issued him a summons for sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
Troopers at 8:05 p.m. did a welfare check on a 37-year-old Homer man at a Compass Drive address. Troopers arrested him for driving under the influence.
