Grant offers unique opportunity

On behalf of the board and staff of the Pratt Museum, I wish to thank the donor-advised Cottonwood and Jenson Funds of the Homer Foundation for a $4,000 grant to support the Caring for Our Community's Collections project in January. This funding supported Paper Conservator Seth Irwin's month-long tenure at the Pratt, where he assessed, treated and documented paper-based collections. He also provided staff training and delivered two public programs.

This financial investment provided a unique opportunity for Pratt staff and the Homer community.
