Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 25:

Judgments

Chaunce C. Hoxie, 21, Anchor Point, charge dismissed, contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He pleaded guilty to second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was sentenced to 72 months in jail with 54 months suspended; ordered to pay $200 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to pay apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to forfeit all items seized; ordered to complete recommended substance abuse programs; ordered to write a letter of apology to the Anchor Point community and submit it to newspapers for publication; ordered not to contact his victims and his co-defendant, a juvenile girl; was placed on probation for three years under the conditions that he make a reasonable effort to secure and maintain steady employment, not associate with known felons, not consume and possess drugs and alcohol, not enter businesses that sell alcohol and not live where alcohol is present, and not possess firearms.

Karnely L. Ivanov, 35, pleaded guilty to taking a sublegal moose. He was fined $1,500 and ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution.

Vicki Lynn Johnson, 45, pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and was placed on probation for one year.

Michael Henery Allen, 39, Ninilchik, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Kyle W. Rosenthal, 19, second-degree burglary, a felony.
