Judgments

Roger Beasley, 47, charges dismissed, first-degree criminal trespass, fourth-degree theft.

Rose Lafferty, 46, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault.

Dylan C. Adkins, 22, charge dismissed, third-degree assault.

Royce Johnson, 16, charge dismissed, driving in violation of limited license.

Ralph Stover, 51, charge dismissed, no insurance.

Rocky Berg, 20, charge dismissed, no insurance. He pleaded guilty to another charge of third-degree theft. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.

Casey B. Davis, 36, charges dismissed, driving while license revoked, avoidance of interlock ignition device, failure to report a motor vehicle accident. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 360 days in jail with 330 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Lee J. Donovan, 36, charge dismissed, driving while license cancelled. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Devon L. Sisk, 19, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol, repeat offender. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, with the option of satisfying fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and complete 48 hours of community work service; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kiana Zink, 55, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Belinda M. Russell, 24, pleaded guilty to driving in violation of instructional permit. She was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Richard W. Foley, 49, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to one day in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
