Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 20:


Travis C. Greene, 18, Nanwalek, charges dismissed at arraignment for lack of probable cause, first-degree stalking, a felony; second-degree stalking.

Harry Macauly II, 18, charge dismissed, driving in violation of instructional permit.

Harry Macauly, 41, pleaded guilty to permitting an unauthorized person to drive. He was fined $300 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Brandon C. West, 24, pleaded not guilty to reckless driving. He was found guilty by a jury of negligent driving and was fined $250 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Criminal Court

Evdoksia Lasiter, 35, driving under the influence; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, methamphetamines, felony indictment.

Robert J. Tech, 46, violating conditions of release.

Justis M. Hulse, 22, Ninilchik, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Kathy Kvasnikoff, 39, violating conditions of release.

Dora R. Macauly, 21, driving while license suspended.

Nathan R. McCowan, 43, Anchor Point, driving while license revoked.

Patrick J. Delumeau, 18, Anchor Point, fourth-degree assault, two counts, domestic violence; fourth-degree assault; fifth-degree criminal mischief; resisting arrest.

Samuel Wise, 26, first-degree sexual assault, felony indictment.

Civil Court

In the matter of Willow Maureen Kristjanson, change of name to Salix Jaiden Ray.

Atlantic Credit and Finance v. John P. Symens, debt.

In the matter of William F. Whitaker and Carol L. Whitaker, dissolution of marriage.

Joseph V. Kuzmin v. State of Alaska, post conviction relief.

Albert R. Bigley III v. Elliott Ness, stalking protective order granted.

Allen M. Stover v. Liviya McDermott, domestic violence protective order granted.
