Feb. 4 A man at 1:05 p.m. reported snowmachine drivers riding and jumping under power lines on Skyline Drive. A man at 3:02 p.m. reported vandalism to a car parked on Bonanza Avenue. Feb. 5 A person at 12:25 a.m. made a 911 call of a disturbance at a Pioneer Avenue bar. Police responded. A man at 1:33 a.m. reported a car taken from the parking lot of a Pioneer Avenue bar. The car was later located. A man at 9:51 p.m. made a report of a domestic assault at a Svedlund Street home. Police responded and arrested a 25-year-old woman for assault, criminal mischief and interfering with a report of domestic violence. A man at 9:52 p.m. reported a loud party at a Spit Road address and asked that the subjects be removed. Feb. 6 A person at 3:39 p.m. made a 911 call of an elderly gentleman walking in the middle of the Sterling Highway. Police located the man and determined all was OK. A caller at 10:03 p.m. reported a person riding a snowmachine without headlights in the Triton Court area. Police found the driver, a 25-year-old man, and arrested him for felony driving under the influence and driving while license revoked. Feb. 7 A woman at 12:08 a.m. reported her ex-boyfriend took her house keys. A man at 4:42 a.m. reported receiving sexually explicit calls and text messages. A man at 8:46 a.m. reported an injured eagle in the Rogers Loop Road area. Police advised the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. The eagle later flew away. A man at 12:51 p.m. reported people in kayaks possibly in distress in ice floes off Bishops Beach. Police responded and did not see anyone in kayaks or in distress. A caller at 3:28 p.m. reported a car crash with injury on the Sterling Highway. Police and EMTs responded. A woman at 9:11 p.m. made a 911 call that she was locked out of her Early Spring Street home. Police couldnt get in and called a locksmith. Feb. 8 A caller a 4:29 p.m. reported a man trying to steal a jacket from a Pioneer Avenue store. Feb. 9 A woman at 4:20 a.m. asked to speak to someone about feeling suicidal. Police responded to her Main Street home and took her to South Peninsula Hospital. A man at 10:20 a.m. reported his boat trailer was stolen from the Spit sometime in late November. A woman at 10:55 a.m. reported her son ran away and might be feeling suicidal. A man at 1:38 p.m. reported a man driving a car tried to run over him and his wife in a Sterling Highway parking lot. Police arrested a 69-year-old man for assault. A man at 3:44 p.m. asked police to issue a trespass notice to a woman from a Sterling Highway business. Feb. 10 A man at 3:44 p.m. reported fraudulent use of a credit card. Feb. 11 A caller at 6:46 p.m. asked police to do a welfare check on a possibly suicidal man. Police at 11:30 p.m. issued a summons to a 21-year-old woman for driving while license suspended. Feb. 12 A caller at 9:16 a.m. reported a large puddle and pothole on Pioneer Avenue. A woman at 9:35 a.m. reported a dead moose in a Kachemak Drive driveway. Police responded and a charity was called to salvage the moose. A man at 1:42 p.m. reported fraudulent use of a credit card.
