Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 10:

Judgments

Casey B. Davis, 37, pleaded guilty to violating a protective order. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 70 days in jail with 65 days suspended; ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for one year.

Frank N. Roese, 53, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Erik J. Dabney, 38, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his drivers license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 60 days suspended.

Allen Sheldon, 50, pleaded guilty to making a false report. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he obtain a mental health evaluation, commit no jailable offenses and pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund; and was placed on probation for one year.

Dina Rayburn, 43, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her drivers license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; and had her drivers license revoked for 90 days.

Lori Lin Walker, 50, pleaded guilty to concealment of merchandise. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that she pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, obtain a mental health evaluation, and have no contact with Ulmers.

Kay Lee Defa, 32, pleaded guilty to resisting arrest. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and was placed on probation for two years.

Della Kees Lucilla Carl, 28, pleaded guilty to interfering with a report of domestic violence. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 85 days in jail with 80 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Nikita F. Konovalov, 21, failure to appear in court.

Caleb S. Mattis, 25, driving under the influence.

Della Kees Lucilla Carl, 28, fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, both domestic violence related.

Wes A. Colunga, 23, second-degree assault, a felony; fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, all domestic violence related.

Matthew C. North, 35, DUI.

Paul Suter, 25, DUI, felony indictment; driving while license revoked.

Steven W. Beling, 44, Seldovia, first-degree failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer, felony indictment; reckless driving.

Paul J. Sorenson, 62, Kenai, taking octopus during closed season.

Eli Sligh, 30, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
