Wrestling: Practice schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 3:10-5 p.m.; Thursday and Friday, 5-6:30 p.m.

Alaska's Educational Resource Center's Career Connection program brings students in grades 11 and 12 from around the state to Juneau to job-shadow in various work sites for a one-week period. American Legion Auxiliary Girls State and American Legion Boys State>

Youth Rally

Homer Electric Association is offering scholarships to the annual Youth Rally in Caldwell, Idaho, in June. Applications are available at www.homerelectric.com. Deadline for entries is April 2.

The American Cancer Society's Cancer Survivor College Scholarship Program deadline is Feb. 24; application packets can be obtained by calling (866) 500-3272.

The American Legion has the following scholarships available: American Legion Auxiliary deadline is April 12; the American Legion Western District award deadline is Feb. 15; the National President's Scholarship deadline is March 1; the Western District Auxiliary deadline is Feb. 29; the Non-Traditional Auxiliary Scholarship deadline is March 1; the Auxiliary Spirit of Youth Scholarship deadline is March 1.

Friends of Alaska National Wildlife Refuges scholarship applications must be submitted by March 1; see www.alaskarefugefriends.org.
