Jan. 27

A driver at 8:48 a.m. was warned for failure to stop at a stop sign.

A caller at 8:55 a.m. requested patrols of her business while closed for a period of time.

A caller at 11:12 a.m. reported an infant left unattended in a vehicle for 30 minutes.

A driver at 11:26 a.m. was warned for failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign.

An officer at 11:32 a.m. provided an out-of-vehicle security check at a local park.

An officer at 11:50 a.m. provided an out-of-vehicle security check at a problem area.

A caller at 2:31 p.m. reported a white utility-type truck backed into her vehicle while it was parked at her place of employment.

A driver at 2:44 p.m. was warned for speed.

A driver at 3:25 p.m. was warned for not stopping for a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

A driver at 4:55 p.m. was warned for speed.

A driver at 9:28 p.m. was warned for driving while intoxicated.

A driver at 9:41 p.m. was warned for speed.

A driver at 9:31 p.m. was warned for failure to yield after a stop.

Jan. 28

An officer at 7:13 a.m. observed a vehicle in the ditch at West Hill Road and Seascape Drive.

An officer at 8:28 a.m. observed a vehicle in the ditch on Linda Court.

A caller at 12:49 p.m. reported a motor vehicle accident with damage in a local parking lots. The caller was advised to exchange information and to pick up the necessary paperwork.

A caller at 2:57 p.m. requested information in reference to possible shoplifters.

A 911 line at 4 p.m. was open at a local school. An officer responded and determined a student had misdialed.

A driver at 9:03 p.m. was warned for a speeding violation.

A 911 caller at 11:57 p.m. reported a male would not leave her alone.

Jan. 29

Out-of-state police at 8:37 a.m. requested information on a possible suspect.

A caller at 12:45 p.m. reported the possible death of a spouse. Officers and EMS responded. The death was confirmed at South Peninsula Hospital.

A 911 hang-up was received at 4:11 p.m. Officers responded to the residence and confirmed everything was OK.

A man at 4:43 p.m. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

A man at 7:54 p.m. was arrested on a warrant.

A 911 caller at 8:55 p.m. reported a highly intoxicated female causing a disturbance at the residence.

A called at 8:58 p.m. reported vehicles using wetlands to access Beluga Lake.

Jan. 30

A 911 caller at 4:212 a.m. reported being assaulted by a subject known to her.

A caller at 10:32 a.m. reported a fight in the Homer High School after the fact. An officer advised the caller of options.

A alarm at the Homer Court at 11:10 a.m. was determined to be a false alarm.

A man at 1:16 p.m. reported a possible abandoned vehicle.

A caller at 2:05 p.m. reported a vehicle roll over at Mile 3 East End Road. Officers responded. There were no injuries.

Officers at 3:18 p.m. responded to an alarm and determined everything was OK.

An officer at 4:46 p.m. responded to a possible suicidal caller.

A caller at 7:10 p.m. reported her purse missing and possibly stolen. Caller reported having contacted all credit card companies and banks.

Jan. 31

A driver at 12:38 a.m. was warned for a speeding violation.

A driver at 1:16 a.m. was arrested for driving while intoxicated. The subject was booked and lodged in the Homer Jail.

An officer at 1:56 a.m. observed footprints I the snow around a local business. In completing an out-of-vehicle security check, a vehicle was observed that possibly damaged private property.

City of Homer Public Works at 5 a.m. advised of snowplowing on Skyline Drive.

A caller at 7:33 a.m. reported a door ajar and footprints at her residence.

A caller at 11:10 a.m. reported after the fact eagle feeding at the deep water dock.

A caller at 12:02 p.m. reported icy conditions at the bottom of East Hill Road.

A caller at 1:45 p.m. reported the buyer of a private vehicle was harassing the seller after the sale.

City of Homer Public Works at 2:12 p.m. reported a vehicle impeding snow removal. Contact was made with the owner and the vehicle was removed.

Feb. 1

A caller at 1:06 p.m. reported a motor vehicle accident with damage.

A 911 caller 6:28 p.m. stated she had misdialed and was attempting to dial an out-of-state number.

An officer at 2:48 a.m. completed an out-of-vehicle security check of a local business.

A caller at 6:53 p.m. reported someone walking around inside a closed business.

A driver at 9:23 p.m. was warned for expired registration.

A caller at 11:38 p.m. requested a patrol of an area.

Feb. 2

A male at 12:20 a.m. was arrested for minor consuming alcohol and minor consuming alcohol while operating a motor vehicle.

A 911 caller at 12:52 a.m. reported a juvenile causing a disturbance. A female juvenile was arrested for minor consuming alcohol.

A caller lat 2:41 a.m. reported hearing people outside.

City of Homer Public Works at 9:19 a.m. reported a vehicle parked in the roadway, impeding snow removal. The owner was advised to move the vehicle or it would be impounded.

An officer at 12:05 p.m. assisted a driver with a disabled vehicle.

A caller at 2:37 p.m. reported a minor vehicle collision near the post office.

A third-party caller at 3:04 p.m. reported a vehicle accident by Paul Banks Elementary School.

A caller at 3:46 p.m. reported a vehicle in the ditch near Svedlund and Danview. No injuries occurred. Caller was advised to remove the vehicle as soon as possible.

An individual at 4:28 p.m. reported a domestic violence assault and possible child abuse. A male was arrested for assault-domestic violence and reckless endangerment.

A caller at 7:42 p.m. requested information on a civil issue.

An officer at 8:40 p.m. assisted the Alaska State Troopers.

Feb. 3

An out-of-state caller at 5:37 a.m. requested a welfare check.

A caller at 6:08 a.m. reported a male flagging down vehicles.
