Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Feb. 1:

Judgments

Anatoly Kojin, 24, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge; ordered to pay restitution to his victim and get a mental health evaluation; and was placed on probation for one year.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Joseph W. Murdock, 57, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts.

Jessy J. Ackerman, 20, Anchor Point, fourth-degree criminal mischief, third- degree theft, fourth-degree theft.

Joshua B. Nelson, 24, Nikolaevsk, driving while license revoked.

Devon L. Sisk, 18, minor consuming alcohol.

Rachel Norris, 42, motor vehicle insurance required.

Cases filed in Civil Court

In the matter of Ronda I. Ward, change of name.

In the matter of Christopher E. Dabney and Denise N. Dabney, dissolution of marriage.

In the matter of Jason Keller and Michelle Jones, dissolution of marriage.

In the matter of Kendra L. Brinson and Douglas R. Kendrick, dissolution of marriage.
