Women and girls ski on Sunday
The eighth annual Kachemak Ski for Women will be held Feb. 6 at 1 p.m. at the Lookout Mountain Hayfields on Ohlson Mountain Road. This short, fun women's cross-country ski race is a fundraiser for Haven House. Registration begins at noon and the minimum suggested donation is $15. There will be prizes for costumes. A ski waxing clinic will be at 6 p.m. Saturday at Captain's Coffee.
