The Kachemak Bay Research Reserve Community Council proposes two amendments to the community council charter. Proposed amendments may be viewed at http://kbaycouncil.wordpress.com or by calling Amy Alderfer at 226-4650. The deadline for public comment is Friday.

The Homer Farmers' Market seeks submissions for a new T-shirt design. Designs should draw on the celebration of food and art that is the Homer Farmers' Market. The design must clearly say "Homer Farmers' Market" and should be clear if printed at 7-inches-by-10-inches. Submissions can be mailed to: HFM, P.O.
