Jan. 5

Alaska State Troopers went to a report of violating a domestic violence restraining order in Homer. Troopers allege a 63-year-old Homer man had a restraining order against him and contacted the petitioner. He was arrested and taken to Wildwood Pretrial Facility in Kenai.

Troopers at 10:51 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 1988 Mercedes-Benz driven by a 39-year-old Homer man near Lover's Lane and the Sterling Highway in Soldotna. Troopers arrested the man on three outstanding warrants for failure to appear in court. He was taken to Wildwood Pretrial Facility.

Information regarding courthouse activity is taken from logbooks and court-issued forms and may not contain all details of the final disposition of each case. Case files are available for public review at the courthouse.
