Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Jan. 7:

Judgments

Ka Y. Mulky, 27, charge dismissed, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Lillian J. Bear, 53, pleaded guilty to permitting an unauthorized person to drive. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Michael C. Smith, 34, pleaded guilty to no vehicle operator's license. He was fined $300 with $100 suspended and sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Seth M. Kroll, 18, pleaded guilty to minor possessing alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of satisfying the fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 and hour.

John E. Tillman, 44, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jailsurcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend a domestic-violence intervention program through South Peninsula Haven House; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not possess or use alcohol; and was placed on probation for a year.

Henry F. Ackerman, 56, pleaded no contest at his arraignment to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Ross W. Carlson, 27, driving under the influence.

Thomas P. Custer, 25, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Kenneth G. Cardwell, 63, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, Dec. 20 charges; violating a protective order, first-degree unlawful contact, violating conditions of release, three counts, Jan. 3 charges.

Laurie M. Kalberg, 46, third-degree assault, domestic violence, third-degree misconduct involving weapons, third-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence, all felonies; fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons, driving while license revoked.

Brandon I. Smith, 17, driving in violation of instruction permit.

Charles E. Brown Jr., 54, Ninilchik, taking or trapping a lynx out of season.

Nikola Gordeev, 25, Nikolaevsk, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, two counts.

Jimmie L. Payton Jr., 24, Seldovia, furnishing alcoholic beverages to persons under age 21.

Marshall Parke, 32, Anchor Point, driving while license suspended or revoked.

Autanom V. Reutov, 26, driving while license revoked.

Melissa E. Malcolm, 25, driving while license suspended.

Scott W. Ring, 41, third-degree theft, two counts, tampering with or damaging a vehicle, second-degree criminal trespass, two counts.

William A. Gilbert, 25, third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance with intent to manufacture or deliver, methamphetamines, a felony.
