A man at 9:01 a.m. reported a drunk man at a Herndon Drive home. Police responded and transported the man to South Peninsula Hospital.
Police at 10:16 a.m. helped a probation officer with making sure a woman complied with probation requirements.
A city worker at 2:36 p.m. reported three cars on Lupine Court blocking snow removal. The cars were moved.
A woman at 5:02 p.m. reported water coming from an unoccupied Mountain View Drive home. Police contacted the property manager.
Two callers at 5:57 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. reported wallets missing.

A woman at 6:27 p.m. reported a dog in the Sabrina Road area chased her daughter from the mailbox to her house. She said the dog is never confined. Police advised the Animal Control Officer.

A woman at 1:44 p.m. reported a husky dog chased moose in the Kachemak Way area.
A man at 2:58 p.m. asked police to issue an indefinite trespass notice at a Greatland Street store to a woman.
A caller at 4:03 p.m. reported a woman wrecked her bicycle in the middle of the Homer Spit Road. The caller said she was unable to stop or turn around.
A woman at 6:08 p.m. reported hitting a moose with her car on Bartlett Street. She said the moose walked away.
Police at 10:50 p.m. contacted 22-year-old man driving on Soundview Avenue and issued him a summons for driving while license suspension.

A man at 12:19 a.m. reported a woman who was not responsive sitting in a car at a Pioneer Avenue parking lot. Police responded and arrested a 45-year-old woman for disorderly conduct.
A woman at 12:19 a.m. made a 911 call that she was trapped in a car wash bay on Ocean Drive because the door froze shut. Police called back and the woman said an attendant had gotten her out of the bay.
A woman at 4:35 p.m. made a 911 call that a man was angry with her because she called for help. Police determined no crime had been committed.

A caller at 10:46 a.m. reported a stool stolen from a Ben Walters Lane business.
A man at 1 p.m. reported a man blew snow on him while he was moving out of a Main Street home.

A man at 12:26 p.m. reported his electric bill went up and he believes someone is using his power.
A man at 3:23 p.m. reported a person riding a blue snowmachine on the sidewalk and road on the Sterling Highway.
