Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Jan. 9:

Judgments

Todd A. Wagendorf, 47, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund divided and pay restitution, and ordered not to have contact with his victim.

Gabriel P. Franey, 26, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Elizabeth Katairoak, 25, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment, domestic violence. She was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request; ordered not to contact her victim and to possess or consume alcoholic beverages; and was placed on probation for three years.

Cody D. Alexander, 18, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Marion S. Abeldgaard, 65, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, install an ignition interlock device and pay restitution; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Linda L. Weeks, 51, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving under the influence. She was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years. She also pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment and was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 75 days in jail with 72 days suspended.

Criminal Court

Jeremy T. Andrews, 23, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, Oxycodone, felony indictment.

Kenton L. Smith, 51, third-degree misconduct involving weapons, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, both felonies; fifth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Traci L. Prevost, 25, violating conditions of release, four counts.

Jason A. Kinsel, 20, driving while license suspended.

Todd J. Hopkins, 39, Palmer, taking an octopus during a closed season.

Levi T. Katz, 21, Anchorage, driving while license revoked.

Jason L. Calone, 27, failure to appear in court.
