The Homer Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center will hold its annual meeting at noon Jan. 24 at the Best Western Bidarka Inn. Members will vote on bylaw changes. It's also an opportunity to meet the newest board members and the chamber's 2012 visitor guide will be unveiled. A minimum of 10 percent of the membership must be present to vote on proposed bylaw changes.
