Judgments

Sean J. Stuckart, 24, charge dismissed, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked.

Zenovei M. Martushoff, 19, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Keenan C. Brizendine, 21, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Douglas E. Rich, 27, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

KiFlyn M. Bradley, 54, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. Bradley was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to have contact with Ulmer's Drug and Hardware except to pick up prescriptions; and was placed on probation for one year.

Timothy K. Igou, 26, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 365 days in jail with 270 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; ordered to complete an anger management class through The Center and a parenting class; ordered not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for three years.

Criminal Court

Wendell E. Matthews II, 46, first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, domestic violence, felony indictment.

Jeremy Agron, 35, driving while license suspended.

William R. Dalton, 35, first-degree hindering prosecution, a felony.

Martin E. White Jr., 29, first-degree assault, a felony; fourth-degree weapons misconduct, possession of brass knuckles.

Lynn P. Schmidt, 68, driving under the influence, driving in violation of limitations on driver's license.

Christopher P. Anahonak, 19, driving in violation of instructional permit.
