Anna Rose Victor and Scott Patrick O'Connor were married on Dec. 7, 2008, at the Flamingo Garden Chapel in Las Vegas. The couple was married on their six-year anniversary, forever united by love. The bride is the daughter of Howard and Rebecca Victor, previously of Homer. She graduated from Homer High School in 2002 and from Eastern Washington University in 2006 with a bachelor of arts degree in social work. Scott is the son of Mary Cox, and the grandson of Robert and Elsa Martinson of Richland, Wash. He graduated from Richland High School in 2002 and from Eastern Washington University in 2007 with a bachelor of science degree in computer science. The happily married couple enjoyed a few days together with close friends and family in Las Vegas before returning to their home in Spokane, Wash.
