Homer High School:

Thursday, Nov. 16 — All State Music performs in Anchorage, and the End of the Road Hockey Tourney begins.

Friday, Nov. 17 — All State Music performs in Anchorage, wrestling competes at the Wasilla Sports Complex, the hockey team competes in the End of the Road Hockey Tourney at 7:30 p.m., and Student Council Lock in the Mat Room and Green Room.

Saturday, Nov. 18 — All State Music performs in Anchorage, wrestling continues at the Wasilla Sports Complex at 8:30 a.m., the End of the Road Hockey Tourney continues, and the Culinary Arts Trivia Fundraiser takes place at 5 p.m. in the Commons.

Monday, Nov. 20 — Monday Grade Check

Homer Flex:

Thursday and Friday, Nov. 16-17 — LeadOn Conference

Wednesday, Nov. 22 — Flex Thanksgiving is at 12:30 p.m. Also, there is early release.

Thursday and Friday, Nov. 23-24 — No School

Homer Middle School:

Monday-Friday there is tutoring in the Library starting at 8 a.m.

Tuesday and Thursday there is math tutoring with Mr. Seaton in room 204.

Friday, Nov. 17 — Skyview seventh grade vs Homer at Skyview at 3 p.m.

Saturday, Nov. 18 — Seward vs Homer at Seward at noon.

Tuesday, Nov. 21 — Homer vs Chapman: Girls play at 4 p.m., boys play at 5:30 p.m.

McNeil Canyon Elementary:

Monday, Nov. 27 —Spotlight Lunch date changed: The November Spotlight Lunch is changed to Nov. 27 at 11:45 am.

Dec. 7 — The Winter Program, North Pole Musical, will be held on Thursday, Dec. 7 at 6:30 p.m. at McNeil.

After School Cross Country Skiing: Joanna Greene will be the coach and she is looking for a helper who is experienced with sizing to help size kids next month in preparation for beginning the ski program.

The school is hoping to start the skiing program on Mondays after Winter Break. Parent helpers are needed every Monday once the ski program starts. Please contact Joanna at jgreene@kpbsd.org or call the school office.

West Homer Elementary:

Monday, Nov. 20 — Talent Show and Fundraising Dinner, time TBA.

Tuesday, Nov. 21 — PTO Meeting at 3:30 p.m. at the West Homer Elementary library.
