Judgments

Deanna Kandror, 19, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. She was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit marijuana seized; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Timothy S. Powell, 23, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $5 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; ordered not to have contact with the Safeway store; and was placed on probation for one year.
