Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 30:
Ilya Kuzmin, 40, charge dismissed by prosecutor, third-degree theft.
Joseph Kuzmin, 38, charge dismissed, terroristic threatening, lack of preliminary hearing.
Drosida Peter Basargin, 23, Anchor Point, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Tevin J. Hopper, 21, pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Michael G. Martines, 65, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of fourth-degree assault. He was fined $1,500 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend and complete an anger management class and an alcohol safety action program; ordered to forfeit items seized and not have contact with his victim; and was placed on probation for three years.
Ricky D. Sherbahn, 43, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Luke H. Garvey, 22, driving with an expired license.
Kenneth J. Johannes, 57, Anchorage, driving while license revoked.
Peter G. Alman, 51, Anchor Point, driving under the influence.
Shannon M. Alman, 43, Anchor Point, DUI, first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Curtis J. Schrader, 18, Anchor Point, driving in violation of instruction permit.
Colette Ohm v. Stephen Ohm, temporary restraining order granted.
Shirley R. Houghton v. Shannon Radford, forcible entry and detainer.
