Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 6:

Judgments

Emily J. Johnson, 36, charges dismissed, driving under the influence, two counts of violating conditions of release. She pleaded guilty to refusal to take a breath test and was fined $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and sentenced to 120 days in jail with 110 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Drake N. Piper, 24, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of negligent driving and was fined $300 and ordered to pay $10 to support the Police Training Fund.

Chaela Dawn Ogle Hilts, 18, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. She was fined $200 with the option of satisfying the fine by performing community work service at the rate of $6.25 and hour; and was ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and placed on probation for one year.

Michael L. Duran Jr., 52, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended and sentenced to 300 days in jail with 280 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver’s license revoked for one year; and was placed on probation for three years.

Tonya D. Scheffler, 43, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty at her arraignment to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and ordered to at enroll in and complete a batterer’s intervention program with South Peninsula Haven House.

Ellen D. Kelleher, 57, Happy Valley, disorderly conduct.

Emory W. Cole, 25, Anchorage, driving while license suspended.

Zane J. Millett, 20, Anchorage, driving while license suspended.

Ronald G. Cameron, 59, driving under the influence, driving without a valid driver’s license, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Ashley A. Troyer, 42, Anchor Point, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Dakota J. Jerauld, 23, Palmer, no motor vehicle liability insurance.

Ismael Ochoavalencia, 22, Cottonwood, Calif., driving while license suspended.

James W. Avery, 19, Anchor Point, driving in violation of an instructional permit, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

Paul J. Banks Jr., 59, fifth-degree weapons misconduct.

Maximilian R. Shifler, 34, aid fish and game violation by a client — failure to log king salmon, three counts.

Civil Court

Vesta L. Parks v. Logan Lewis-Reyes, temporary restraining order granted.

Vesta L. Parks v. Dianne Jones, TRO granted.

Amon Boyda and a minor party v. Gene N. Boyda, TRO granted.
