Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 18:

 

Judgments

Ruth E. Pichardo Rodriquez, 23, pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle with screen device operating. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended and sentenced to 40 days in jail with 35 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

James A. Neumayer, 31, pleaded guilty to obstructing lawful trapping. He was fined $250 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He also pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he perform 40 hours of community work service and commit no jailable offenses. He was placed on probation for one year.

Frederick W. Bennett, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 probation surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and pay restitution; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of not having proof of insurance and was fined $500.

Larry A. Fanroy, 52, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge.

John P. Swart, 32, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 20 days in jail with 15 days suspended and ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for one year.

Criminal Court

Maranda L. Moore, 32, third-degree assault, felony indictment.

George E. Kuzman, 57, Anchor Point, driving under the influence.

Nicholas C. Wilson, 26, Cordova, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Eliza M. Angaiak, 64, second-degree criminal trespass.

Angela M. Minter, 39, fugitive from justice.

Douglas J. Coyle, 43, DUI.

Steven R. Reichel, 23, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, heroin.

David E. Longley, 60, DUI, a felony

Civil Court

Gary Zitterkopf v. Dean Jackson, temporary restraining order granted.

Alan Barber v. Cynthia Shearer, temporary restraining order granted.

Small Claims

Marjorie Scribner v. Richard Bottineau, debt.
