Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 11:
Staci R.B. Joseph, 21, pleaded guilty to interfering with a report of domestic violence. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years.
Tiffani L. Couch, 20, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault on a police officers. She was sentenced to 120 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample on request and to forfeit items seized; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and not to drive; and was placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to two separate charges of not having a valid driving license, failure to appear in court and violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended on each charge.
Eric L. Gordon, 54, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with time served suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered not to return to his victim’s residence or have contact with him except for landlord-tenant purposes or if he files written consent with the court; and was placed on probation for one year.
Marcia Lynn, 64, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had her driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.
Corey Brice, 15, driving without a valid driver’s license.
Dennis J. Hart, 41, Ninilchik, driving while license revoked.
Timothy D. Maness, 40, Uniontown, Ark., driving under the influence, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.
Richard A. Nichols, 51, Nikolaevsk, driving without an operator’s license.
Kyle R. Hock, 25, driving while license revoked.
