Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through March 14:
Alexander C. Napier II, 31, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100; had his driver’s license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.
Valerie J. Vogel, 52, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid operator’s license. She was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.
Zach Stong, 24, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that he perform 24 hours of community work service, forfeit items seized and pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund. He was placed on probation for two years.
Bruce P. Anderson, 61, Fort Richardson, second-degree criminal trespassing.
Michael C. Smith, 37, driving while license suspended, driving in violation of conditions placed on driver’s license, violation of conditions of release.
Jerry J. Stevens, 65, no vehicle insurance.
James A. Neumayer, 31, obstructing lawful hunting, fishing or trapping, three counts; third-degree theft, two counts; fifth-degree criminal mischief.
Norman R. Goldslager et al. v. Aaron Rael-Catholic et al., forcible entry and detainer.
